Youth Development and Training is a Skills Assure Provider (SAS) for the Queensland Government.
We are able to deliver the following courses under Queensland Government funding to eligible students:
Certificate II Animal Care (Vet in Schools)
Certificate III Business (Career Start, Skilling Queenslanders for Work Initiative)
Certificate III Sport, Aquatics and Recreation (Career Start)
Certificate III Sport Coaching (Career Start)
Certificate I Workplace Skills (Skilling Queenslanders for Work Initiative)
Certificate I Retail (Skilling Queenslanders for Work Initiative)
There are no additional costs to school students or students undertaking a 'Skilling Queenslanders for Work' program.
Non-school students undertaking a traineeship through user choice funding must pay a student co-contribution fee of $1.60 per nominal hour for each unit of competency. This cost will vary based on the unit selection.
Fee for service
We can also deliver all of our courses through a fee-for-service model. We can provide you with a quote based on the type of delivery and number of students.
