Youth Development and Training is a Skills Assure Provider (SAS) for the Queensland Government.
We are able to deliver the following courses under Queensland Government funding to eligible students:
Certificate II Animal Care (Queensland VET Investment - Vet in Schools)
Certificate III Business (User choice, Skilling Queenslanders for Work Initiative)
Certificate III Sport, Aquatics and Recreation (User choice)
Certificate II Sport Coaching (Queensland VET Investment - Vet in Schools)
Certificate III Sport Coaching (User choice)
Certificate I Workplace Skills (Skilling Queenslanders for Work Initiative)
Certificate I Retail (Skilling Queenslanders for Work Initiative)
There are no additional costs to school students or students undertaking a 'Skilling Queenslanders for Work' program.
Non-school students undertaking a traineeship through user choice funding must pay a student co-contribution fee of $1.60 per nominal hour for each unit of competency. This cost will vary based on the unit selection.
Fee for service
We can also deliver all of our courses through a fee-for-service model. We can provide you with a quote based on the type of delivery and number of students.
